Everything we have going on (besides the main event…) is a totally optional, come-if-you-can style event! We’d love to spend the weekend together, but we totally get that travel schedules may be tricky for some guests.
Friday, September 11
Bonfire – 7:00 – 10:00 PM
For our guests that get into the park on Friday, we’ll have a bonfire with s’mores going from 7:00 to 10:00 PM. Please feel free to join us for a casual get-together, meet and mingle with the other guests, and watch the sun set over the mountains. The dress code here is casual, but bring layers in case it gets chilly at night!
Saturday, September 12
Ceremony – 4:00 PM
The main event, the reason for the season, the moment we’ve all been waiting for! Dress code here is cocktail attire.
Cocktail Hour – 4:30 PM
Make your way down to the Conference Center, have a drink, and celebrate!
Reception – 5:30 – 10:00 PM
Enjoy a delicious meal, loosen your tie, and put on your dancing shoes. Let’s party!
Sunday, September 13
Farewell Breakfast
While not a formally-hosted event, we’ll be sitting out on the patio of the main lodge building. Swing by on your way out of town for a goodbye over breakfast – we want to thank you for an amazing weekend!
